Malte is a former Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised senior teams on commercial strategy and AI deployment. Earlier, he held a global operating role at Vestas, leading a commercial organisation across five regions, where he spearheaded machine learning initiatives in the digital transformation of the company's €2bn service business. He began his career at McKinsey, where he spent nearly seven years leading projects across more than thirty countries. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Christian Kanstrup

Chief Commercial Officer

Christian brings close to three decades of senior leadership in life science. He spent nearly 20 years at Novo Nordisk in senior roles across the US, China, Japan, and Europe, where he headed Corporate Strategy and M&A and drove the company's early expansion into digital health. He has since served as Executive Vice President at Mediq and CEO of Nasdaq-listed Evaxion, and today works with several life-science companies and holds board positions across several Nordic health-tech companies. What sets him apart is the rare combination of deep AI exposure and genuine enterprise leadership — first-hand experience of how AI moves from concept to real-world use in complex organizations.
